The plan was initially established in 1971 as a Non-Union Pension Plan for salaried an senior managerial employees of Brinks.
In 2003 the plan merged with unionized employees creating a single employer hybrid plan with union employees in the non-contributory DB component. Eligibility of enrollment in to the plan ended in 2020 with the introduction of the CAAT Pension Plan. The plan will be kept separate from the CAAT Plan with "yos" stopping at year 2020.
