To be valid, nominations must include first and last name, and phone number of the member submitting the nomination and the first and last name, phone number, and position of the person being nominated, so that all parties can be contacted accordingly.
(e.g.: I, FIRST & LAST NAME, PHONE NUMBER, nominate FIRST & LAST NAME, PHONE NUMBER, for POSITION.)
Nominators will be contacted to confirm their nomination and once confirmed, the nominees will be contacted to confirm their acceptance of the nomination.
If the number of nominations is greater than the number of positions available, elections will be held accordingly at the respective workplaces, please reach out to your Unit Chair-Person for more information.
